VISITOR INFORMATION
Visitors can enjoy access to the club's facilities and amenities by renting a berth for a short period of time (TRANSIENT) or by purchasing a seasonal SLIP PASS which allows for the use of the slip at any time during the boating season.
TRANSIENTS:
Transients visitors are not members as they do not pay for leasing rights or annual dues - they pay only a daily, weekly, or monthly depending on their length of stay at the marina and the availability of open berths at the time of their request.
To reserve a berth, Transients must supply credit card information. A one day charge will be applied to the card to secure a berth for the date requested.
Upon arriving, the Transient must immediately report to the Administration office to complete the information form, provide proof of insurance, and make payment for any days exceeding the deposit taken.
​No access card will be provided to TRANSIENTS, but they will be provided with a gate access code to allow them to move between their berth and the facilities.

SLIP PASS:
Users who purchase a slip pass get access to the slip to launch or remove their vessel as many times as required for a given season.
SLIP PASS purchasers are allowed to leave their vehicle and trailer in the non-gated parking lot for the day. Before leaving the vehicle and trailer in the parking lot, the slip pass holder must report to the admin office.
Slip Pass access cards only provide access to the slip - no marina or facility access is allowed.

PAYMENT METHODS:
To access the marina all fees must be made in advance.
SBYC is a cash-free operation so only Debit/Credit and/or EFT are accepted.
NOTE: A 3% processing fee is added to all to all credit card payments.
VISITORS' RESERVATION PROCESS
Reservations can be done by phone or email

If reserving online, simply click on the BOOK NOW icon and complete the registration form and click the SUBMIT button.
​
All reservations must be secured with a credit card (first night only and is non-refundable).
​
If you are reserving by phone, we will take your registration information (click the reservation form link to see the required information), along with your credit card number to secure the first night.
​
Upon arriving, please report to the office to advise of your arrival and complete the payment process, if you are staying longer that one day. You will also need to provide a copy of the completed Reservation form and a copy of your $2M liability policy.
​
We will also provide you with the marina gate code so you have access to the clubhouse.
​
Non-gated parking is provided for TRANSIENT users and their guests.
We will try our best to provide you with your berth assignment upon confirmation, but if we can't then please contact us on channel 68 prior to your arrival for your berth number.
