FACILITIES AND AMENITIES

Facilities

The Marina operates from May to Sept 30th - opening date is dependant on weather conditions (basically the thawing of ice). Our goal is to have the Marina open no later than the 3rd week of May.

Shediac Bay Yacht club has the following facilities available.

CLUBHOUSE: The Clubhouse is the Operations Center for the Marina and is where you will find a dedicated waiting to help with all of your needs.

The showers, washrooms and laundry room are located in the Clubhouse as well as ice and vending machines. First aid equipment is stored in the clubhouse and is available 24hrs a day.

For TRANSIENTS, this is your first stop when you arrive at the marina to complete the registration process, provide your insurance information and pay for your stay.

During the non-peak period, the Club House is staffed 7 days a week from 8am to 4pm. During peak periods the Club house is staffed 7 days a week from 8am to Midnight.

PUMP OUT: Pump out services are available at no charge - the pump out dock is located at the end of "A" dock near the slip. Contact the staff for assistance.

WASHBAY: There is an electrical and hose outlet located near the Office Building that can be used for pressure washers for washing boats.

ADMINISTRATION OFFICE: The Club Manager is available at the Administration Office from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

Amenities

BBQs: There are several BBQs located outside the Clubhouse at your disposal at any time - propane is provided by the Club.

BIKES: There are 2 bikes available (first come, first serve) and are located on the open deck near the parking lot

PATIO TABLES: Patio tables are located on the deck as well as on the grounds and are available to be used as required

SLIP PASS: Users who secure a Slip Pass get access to the slip to launch or remove their vessel as many times are required for a given season. Visitors are allowed to leave their vehicle and trailer, in the non-gated parking lot, for the day, but must report to the Admin office to advise beforehand so it is recorded

Parking

Senior Member

Gated-parking is limited to SENIOR members only - any guest of a SENIOR member is requested to use the non-gated parking lot.

Seasonal Member

Non-gated parking is available for SEASONAL members and Guests of SENIOR and SEASONAL members.

Parking Instructions

Parking is strictly limited to parking of vehicles only - boats, trailers or boats on trailers are prohibited. If there is a need to park anything other than vehicles in the non-gated parking lot please discuss with the Club Manger. Parking anything other than a vehicle without with the Club Manager, may lead to the removal, without advisement, at the owner's expense.

To respect the limited parking availability, we ask that all vehicles are parked parallel to the office building. Vertical parking in reference to the office building is prohibited.​

If you are parking with a trailer, please use the back-end (furthest away from the office building) of the non-gated parking lot.
