SWIM, DRINK, FISH: BLUE FLAG Accreditation
​Blue Flag is an award program for environmentally-friendly beaches, boats and marinas for which the SBYC ha successfully met its criteria since 2021.
In 2025, there were only 25 Blue Flag beaches and marinas in Canada and only 9 were marinas.
We are proud to say that the SBYC is the sole Blue Flag marina in Atlantic Canada.
