SEASONAL MEMBERS
SEASONAL members are those that have not purchased the leasing right to their berth but are in good standing and have paid their annual dues.

SEASONAL members are not given voting rights and are limited to non-gated parking.

A SEASONAL members berth is not guaranteed from one season to another as priority is given to SENIOR members with the remaining open berths being first offered to those interested in a Seasonal membership and then to Transient rentals.

SEASONAL memberships are only confirmed at the beginning of each season after SENIOR members have confirmed their return or departure.

Allocation of seasonal berths are first offered to SEASONAL members returning from the past season. Any remaining available berths will be offered to whoever is on the waiting list.

Any person interested in being put on the waiting list should contact the Club Manager - please note that those that provide a $500 dollar deposit will have the first availability to available berths (the deposit is fully refundable if a berth cannot be assigned).

SEASONAL members who wish to convert their membership to the SENIOR level are offered special conversion pricing if completed within the same season - see Club Manager for details.
